Super Luigi Odyssey (SLO) ("the mod") is a fan-made game modification of
Super Mario Odyssey™ developed by Wexos and Atlas ("the team"). By downloading this, you agree with the following terms and conditions:
• The team as well as the site owners are not responsible of any damage caused by the process of installation of the mod into the Nintendo Switch console. The mod has been tested and verified by the team and it is safe for use. Any kind of mistakes made by the end-user in the process of installation may result in internal damage of the console's software. In the case the user is a minor, it is recommended that the mod is handled and installed by their parents or legal guardians.
• The mod is not by any means property of Nintendo. This is a fan-made free product and its reselling or redistribution is not handled by the team. Nintendo reserves all their rights to take any action against third parties who resell the mod without involving the team on it.
• In the process of installation of the mod, the user needs to acknowledge their console needs to be modified in order for the mod to load. The process of modifying the console for external purposes such as piracy is not handled by any means by the team and the mod itself. No executable files are distributed on the files used by the mod, and hence it is required by the user to have a copy of the original game.
• It is not recommended at all the modification by unexperienced users of the mod's files, since that may lead in a partial or total break of the game's save data or a ban from the online services. The team is not responsible for any of this.
